DANNY MACASKILL'S IMAGINATE   |   RED BULL 2013

When Danny and Red Bull Europe approached GoPro to become part of Danny's MacAskill's Imaginate project and create a 100% GoPro behind-the-scenes piece we didn't hesitate for one second. We quickly worked though the contracts and deliverables, booked our flights and met up with Danny to make the below video and a few other media/content treats to support the release of the project. Our primary goal was to get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the idea behind Imaginate and show a little more of what it takes to do what Danny does so well. This project was used as added promotional material to launch Imaginate and is a great example of how GoPro and Red Bull work with shared athletes to make their dreams come true while creating cool relevant content that audiences love.

Role: Senior Producer

The below video and stills were part of GoPro's deliverables and a unique ask for a promotion called "ENTER DANNY'S MIND." The idea is that Danny's fans, who in theory buy Red Bull's limited Danny can, scan the can and are able to see 1 of 3 unique POV videos that GoPro shot with Danny during the shoot. Kind of a cool use of content that otherwise might not have seen the light of day in the actual edit. Its like an after dinner mint of content for Danny fans.
