When the AMEX GOLD CARD Direct Mail and Online Response Acquisition teams partnered to develop an interactive experience, I was a part of a team that created an in-depth benefit overview. The result is a 6-module video that uses real life examples to bring Card benefits to life, delivering these attributes in a way that is relatable and convincing.
