AMERICA'S CUP - 2013

Working with Oracle and Team USA was an incredible and at the same time a real challenge to obtain great footage. With the logistics of preparing the boat and battery power we had to figure out alternate power supplies for cameras and tinker with newly developed wifi technology. Team USA loved to see the footage to improve their techniques; we helped dial-in different shots, consult on modes and settings and helped gain consistently great content from the Team. However, they were not very keen on us sharing the footage until after the race for fear that other teams might gain an edge. In the end, we managed to wrangle a few key shots and put together get a great GoPro video. GoPro cameras were used in the actual race and the GoPro video below has aired on 60 Minutes Sports, NBC's World of Adventure, Oracle Team USA sites, NY Times Mag, Red Bull and of course thought out the GoPro Network.
